I would give it 2.5 stars Nothing Exceptional. Indoor games in bad shape. Pool OK. Being bang on highway, vehicular noise irritates. Kitchen almost non existent. On positives 3 bed AC rooms were good. Reasonably spacious, Bed comfortable, bath clean.

Stayed in this hotel quite some times. The cleanliness and hygiene is very well. Food served is a little better than average in terms of quality and taste. Rooms are nice. Only problem here everytime is tv which never works. Always have to complain multiple times but it remains unsolved

I had stay two night at this resort & complementary breakfast, & good swimming pool, only near the highway noise generated. Otherwise every thing is fine.Room is good, & service is also good. Good location.

Decent hotel with overcharged price for the stay

The location of the hotel is in the way of old Mumbai Pune exp highway and a bit far from lonavala station & main market if you are traveling from own vehicle then it's good to stay here or else find other nearby hotels which would be great option, coming to the price to accommodation ratio I have took the bathtub room for 3.6k per night and considering such price the room was small although they tried to accommodate everything in it but other factors such as lift was not working, the ceiling of the main corridor (outside the room door) was broken and all electric wires were out of the ceiling, then on 2nd floor there was rarely any lights in corridor which in night time looks little scary considering only 2 rooms were occupied on that floor out of 10-15 rooms. Then the tv cable was not working as per the hotel staff they were having cable work in progress. The food is expensive compared to the quantity and quality they offer also if u try to order the food from room service as there are low staff there might be issues sometimes were no one will attend your call from receiption and you have no other choice then to wait for their response. Also by paying such an amount for hotel stay you would expect basic toiletries like shampoo, brush or face wash but nothing is provided apart from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel with overcharged price for the stay.

We had made a sudden plan for Lonavala early in the morning and since it was a peak season, it made sense to pre-book a hotel. After checking across multiple travel portals, this was only option narrowed down after taking into consideration the budget and location as per the map provided. The map came came out to be accurate and the hotel is exactly where it was marked. We arrived at the hotel at around 5pm and within 10 minutes we were taken to our room. The reception seemed very classy and the manager was sober as well. We had booked the ground floor room as that was the cheapest available for Rs 2100. Once we entered the room, though it looked good at one glance but the damp smell was everywhere due to heavy rains. We had to keep the room open for half an hour to get rid of some smell. The bedside table and telephone over it was covered with monsoon fungus. The bedsheet had stains. AC and TV were working fine. Since we had selected ground floor room, there was nothing to look outside for. The resort has a garden park for children and a swimming pool also. Since it was already raining heavily, we didnt try exploring much in the resort. They also have an inhouse restaurant and parking facility is also good. The location of the hotel is good as it is not much far from the main market but far enough from the choas. It is recommended to book this hotel only if you have own bike/car as finding autos from here wud be a task. Overall it was an average stay for the price paid.
